The 'Sparkle of Tsuen Wan City' New Year's Eve Countdown 2026 will be held on Wednesday, 31 December 2025, at 9:00 pm at the Tsuen Wan Sha Tsui Road Playground. There will be exciting performances such as singing by artists and energetic dance shows to joyfully welcome the year 2026!

Registration has already started! Please find the details below:

1. Participants can obtain the lottery form starting from Monday, 24 November 2025, at the Tsuen Wan District Council entrance on the 1st floor of Tsuen Wan Multi-storey Car Park Building, 174-208 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories (Office hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday).

2. Participants can choose one of the following methods to submit the lottery form:

a. Drop it into the collection box located at the Tsuen Wan District Council entrance on the 1st floor of Tsuen Wan Multi-storey Car Park Building, 174-208 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories [Collection box opening hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (open during lunch hours), excluding public holidays];

b. Send it by mail to Tsuen Wan Civil Affairs Office, 1st floor, Tsuen Wan Multi-storey Car Park Building, 174-208 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories. Please write 'Sparkle of Tsuen Wan City' New Year's Eve Countdown 2026' on the envelope.

3. Each person can only submit one form. In case of duplicate submissions or incomplete information, the lottery eligibility will be canceled.

4. Registration deadline: Thursday, 4 December 2025, at 4:00 pm (For registrations by mail, the receipt time of the mail will be considered).

5. The distribution of admission tickets will be based on the lottery results. In case of any disputes, the organizer reserves the right of final decision.
